Indira National School is pleased to inform that the registrations for Grade IX admissions, are open for limited seats. Submitting the Online Registration ONLY indicates your intention to seek admission. It is NOT a confirmation of admission. Admissions will be on the basis of availability of seats ONLY.

Timings:

  • School Timings for Grade (IX-XII) will be 30 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Academic Session & Online classes for the new academic year 2021-22 will begin on Monday, 19thApril, 2021

2. Admission form will be disabled at 10:00 pm on 16th  April’21,Friday or on completion of seat availability whichever is earlier.

Step 1 – Admission form filling

  • Parents need to click on the link (Admissions Tab –> Apply Online –>Select the standard ) and Register with the Applicant / Child’s name, parent email id and mobile number.
  • Please use an alternate email id for registration which is not registered with us.
  • Once registered you will get an Email and SMS with login id and password on the registered mobile number.
  • Use the login credentials and carefully go through the instructions.
  • Submit all the information correctly and upload a recent passport size photo of the applicant (in casual dress).
  • Once the form is filled and submitted, you will get a Payment Button for Registration Fees. You will be required to pay the form fees of Rs.300/- online ONLY. The Registration fee payment will be through Net Banking only.
  • Please note that the Registration will be COMPLETE ONLY AFTER THE FORM FEE PAYMENT.

Step 2 – Uploading of Documents

  • After the Step 1 is complete, you will receive an SMS/Email for “Call for Admission” i.e. uploading of documents.
  • You will be informed either you will have to visit the school to submit the admission form and the documents or to submit the documents on mail for online verification.
  • You are required to login using the same credentials and upload the documents that are given while filling the form.
  • After uploading the documents, the Print Form button will be activated. The Admission Form gets downloaded onto your computer. You will be informed either you are required to visit the school as per the dates mentioned in the mail, or to submit the documents as mentioned in the mail on this id admissions@indiranationalschool.ac.in for online verification.
  • The printout will include the Admission form and Declaration form (to be signed by both parents).

Step 3 – Scrutiny /Verification of Documents (INS, Wakad/ Online)

  • Admission Form – Mandatory
  • Health History Form, duly filled & certified by doctor–Not Mandatory
  • Original & Photocopy of Birth Certificate – Mandatory
  • Original & Photocopy of Aadhar card
  • Original & Photocopy of Student Passport & Visa, if child is born out of India
  • Original & Photocopy of Caste Certificate of the student, if applicable
  • Learning disability/Physical disability certificate, if applicable
  • Report Card of last year & current year Term I report card.
  • Transfer Certificate

             Step 4 – Payment of Fees and Admission Confirmation

  • After the scrutiny of the form, parents will be required to pay the fee amount of Rs. 1,12,370/-.
  • Once Step 2 & 3 are completed, the payment procedure will be completed either online or in the school via online/ demand draft payment to confirm your ward’s admission.
  • The installments will be given at the discretion of the management. The school fee does not include uniform, books & transportation.
  • Transport are optional services.
  • Admission Fees and Caution Deposit is one-time fee. While continuing the admission for A.Y. 2022-23 annual fees will not include admission fee and caution deposit.
  • The payment transaction needs to be done online, after the scrutiny of form as mentioned in the Mode of Payment above.
  • Once the payment is done, the system generates the online receipt. Please treat it as the confirmation of the admission.

Other Details

  • You will receive a detailed mail regarding the Class, Section & House of the child
  • House –The students are distributed into 4 houses for sports activities. The Sports T-shirts are to be bought as per the House name allocated. Once allocated the student remains in the same House till he/she graduates out of the school. The house names and colours are as follows: –
  • Taj – Red
  • Charminar – Blue
  • Ajanta – Green
  • Konark – Yellow

MANDATORY GUIDELINES FOR ALL CAMPUS VISITORS

Owing to the COVID19 pandemic situation and contagious nature of the disease, Indira Group of Institute (IGI), Pune has made it mandatory for everyone to wear face masks and face shields while entering any of the Indira campuses. Face shields are made available for Rs. 30/- at all security cabins.

Anyone with symptoms like fever, cold cough, etc. are requested to avoid visiting Indira campuses. They can opt for online services provided by us. IGI takes all safety measures to curb the spread of disease and appreciate your cooperation by abiding by the norms.
