Indira National School has opened the second round of admission to Grade XI. We are inviting online application forms from students aspiring for admission at our school.

Please register through the admission form link shared on the school website. This link is only for registration, the admission will be confirmed only on the basis of MERIT LIST. 

All rights for the admission will be at the sole discretion of the management. The management reserves the right to deny admission to any student without assigning any reason.         

Timings 

School Timings for Grade XI & XII will be 7.30 A.M  to 1.00 P.M from Monday to Saturday.

 Admission form registration procedure:

  • The candidate must use only MOZILLA FIREFOX as a Browser to fill the form.
  • Refer Annexure-I given below to understand the online admission procedure.
  • The registration will be confirmed only on the payment of form fee of Rs.300/-
  • All further communication will be done on the registered Email ID and SMS will be sent on registered Mobile number.
  • Scanned Documents to be kept ready before filling the Admission Form.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE as per Annexure I
Step 1 Admission Form will be active from 11th August 2021 (2pm) to 15th August 2021 (10pm) Registration can be done through the link opened for Grade XI on our website. All the necessary details to be filled in the form and thereby confirm the registration by paying the admission form fees of Rs.300/- ( Mandatory)
Step 2 Merit List on 16th August 2021 (6 pm) ·         Merit list will be published on the school website.
Admission through Merit List and document submission ·         Schedule for uploading the documents will be mailed and SMS will be sent to candidates listed in the Merit List. The dates for the same will be informed.
Step 3 School Visit for Verification of document, Payment of fees and Admission Confirmation Parents need to visit the school adhering to the timings given in the SMS (Step 2) for the following:
·         Document Verification (carry original and photocopies both)
·         Payment of fees (details given below)
·         Admission will be considered Provisional Admission till the required documents are submitted.

Annexure I – Std XI

Step 1 – Admission form filling

  • After opening the link you are required to select ‘New Student” tab. Please provide the details Student First name, Last name, Parent Email-ID & Mobile number. After registration, the admission form opens and you will receive an SMS & Email about login Credentials.
  • Carefully go through the instructions.
  • Submit all information correctly and upload recent passport size photo of the applicant (in casual dress).Please note that the size of scanned passport size photo of the student should be equal to or less than 340kb in jpg or png format only
  • Once the form is filled and submitted, you will get a Payment Button for Registration Fees. The applicant needs to make online payment Rs.300/- for registration. However, you need to complete Step 2, 3, for Provisional Admission of your ward at INS till all required documents are submitted.
  • The Registration fee payment will be through Net Banking only.

Step 2 – Selection of subjects by Merit List Applicants

  • Merit List of students will be displayed on the School Website under Notice Board on Home page.
  • Applicants whose name is in the Merit List will receive an SMS for “Call for Admission”.
  • After receiving the SMS, you are required to login using the same credentials and give subject choice. You will also need to upload your Father and Mother photos online.

Step 3 – Scrutiny of Documents

  • Parents will be required to visit the school campus with the following on the dates as per the schedule above.
  • Colour Printed Admission Form – Mandatory
  • Transfer Certificate – Mandatory
  • Migration Certificate other than CBSE board – Mandatory (Not applicable for State Board)
  • Original & Photocopy of Birth Certificate – Mandatory
  • Original & Photocopy of Aadhar card, if available / Mandatory
  • Original & Photocopy of Student Passport & Visa, if child is born out of India
  • Original & Photocopy of Caste Certificate & Validity Certificate, if applicable
  • X Mark sheet.
  • Learning disability/Physical disability certificate, if applicable
  • 1 Passport sized photograph.

Note : All the documents will be verified with the details provided by the applicant in the application form.

Kindly note that the parents who are willing to pay Annual School Fees of Rs.67500/- at the time of confirmation of the admission, will be eligible for 5% discount on the Annual School Fees. (Discount amount: Rs.3375/-)


In case of admission cancellation, caution deposit of Rs 40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand Only) and school  fees on pro rata basis will be refunded.

After the scrutiny of the form, parents will be required to pay the fee amount of Rs. 1,12,370/- The school fees does not include uniform, books, transportation.

  • Transport is optional services.
  • Admission Fees and Caution Deposit is onetime fee. While continuing the admission for A.Y. 2022-23, the student needs to pay only Annual School Fee excluding admission fee and caution deposit.
  • Once the documents are verified, the payment transaction needs to be completed at school office itself.
  • Once the payment is done, the system generates the online receipt for payment and thereby confirming the Provisional admission.
  • After the payment, the parents will be provided with student’s details as Class, Section and House of the child.
  • House – For Sports Activity

The students are allocated into 4 houses for sports activities. The Sports T-shirts are to be bought as per the House allotted to the child. Once allocated the student remains in the same House till he/ she graduate out of the school. The house names and colours are as follows:

  • Taj                – Red
  • Charminar  – Blue
  • Ajanta          – Green
  • Konark         – Yellow

MANDATORY GUIDELINES FOR ALL CAMPUS VISITORS

Owing to the COVID19 pandemic situation and contagious nature of the disease, Indira Group of Institute (IGI), Pune has made it mandatory for everyone to wear face masks and face shields while entering any of the Indira campuses. Face shields are made available for Rs. 30/- at all security cabins.

Anyone with symptoms like fever, cold cough, etc. are requested to avoid visiting Indira campuses. They can opt for online services provided by us. IGI takes all safety measures to curb the spread of disease and appreciate your cooperation by abiding by the norms.
